Cheesy Cottage Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
02 - ¼ teaspoon salt
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup cottage cheese
05 - 8 to 9 large eggs

→ Extra Toppings

06 - 2 tablespoons chopped chives
07 - ⅓ cup crispy cooked bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F and lightly coat a silicone muffin tray with cooking spray.
02 - Toss the eggs, salt, cheddar, cottage cheese, and pepper into a blender. Blend it all up till silky.
03 - Pour the egg blend into the muffin cups, filling each just above halfway. Sprinkle bacon bits and chives (or any other goodies you'd like) on top.
04 - Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, then let the bites cool before popping them out of the molds.
