                In a pan, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Remove the extra grease and set it aside. Fry the bacon until crunchy and break it into pieces.

                Combine the heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a pot over medium heat. Once it’s warm, drop in the cheddar and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.

                Toss the pasta and beef into your cheesy sauce. Add crumbled bacon and green onions, then give it a good stir.
