# Ingredients:

01 - Two large, ripe avocados
02 - Two medium chicken breasts, cooked and diced (makes about 2 cups)

03 - Finely chopped red onion (¼ cup)
04 - ¼ cup finely diced celery
05 - Red bell pepper, diced (¼ cup)
06 - Chopped fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons)

→ Spices

07 - Juice from a lime (2 tablespoons)
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt and pepper—add as much as you prefer

→ Extras

10 - Greek yogurt (optional, ¼ cup for creamier texture)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook raw chicken until the middle reaches 165°F/74°C, then let it cool and chop it up.
02 - Scoop out the avocado and mash it in a bowl—make it as smooth or chunky as you'd like.
03 - Toss the chopped chicken, veggies, cilantro, lime juice, and spices with your mashed avocado.
04 - If you want, mix in the Greek yogurt for a smooth finish.
05 - Gently combine all the ingredients. Try it, and tweak the seasonings if needed.
06 - Eat right away, or cover it up and chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors settle in.
